2. We were advised we could 'open a window,' which wouldn't have been a problem except the hotel is smack dab in the middle of downtown, and is noisy enough outside without the added volume of New Year's Eve and tens of thousands of people gathering downtown for the fireworks.

8. The rooms are quiet, spacious (except for slightly low ceilings) and are clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave which is important when traveling with kids.
