1. They did try to accommodate us by moving the room; however, the happy hour set up and some vacuuming took place in that area while we were training.

2. No literature is given to you upon check-in or in the rooms and no mention was made of their Cloud Nine continental breakfast nor their happy hour (without booze since they lost their liquor license).
