1. When we first drove into the hotel's little alley entranceway with our car, there was no one there to greet us, no valet parking person, no one to help with luggage.

10. David was amazing, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Baltimore, and he even helped us out when we were stuck in the hotel doing work instead of enjoying baltimore.
