6. What is up with resot fees, paid $90 for 4 days for what exactly - nothing avaialble except a casino and restaurants, no indoor pool and can't swim in November, what a rip off.

9. if you are travelling with a friend and book 2 queen beds in a room you may end up with 1 king - even if you've paid for it - with absolutely no apologies except 'come back in the morning at 8am and if we can we'll move you' except, they don't, you have to move yourself so forget about going out, you have to wait around for the room to become free to move your stuff.
