1. So, HRH had some good points, which include comfortable beds and a convenient location to the airport, but the overall stay was really diminished by the lack of expected service & customer focus, as well as the style/crowd they cater to here.

3. I wouldn't return to this hotel only because it was not convenient for my needs, but I would strongly recommend this hotel to those that do not mind the drive and don't mind skipping out on the glitz and glamor the Vegas strip.

4. There is a shuttle to the fashion show mall every hour on the hour from 10-5 so that is convenient.

8. Although I did not leave the hotel too often, it's not as conveniently located on the strip like many of the other hotels, however, it was easy to get a cab to and from the Hard Rock.
