1. waitresses in mexican cantina bar were rude, and when I asked one waitress for more water, she responded with 'it's not my station, I can't help you' Really?? for a refill on water? I only had my one beer and left as fast as I could.

7. Front desk was fast but they forgot to give me all the coupons/free buffet in my package when I booked so I had to make another trip downstairs to line up and ask for those coupons.
