9. needless to say i was very upset,i then went to the front desk to speak with her,and she begain yelling at meand called security i keep my cool and asked to speak with a manager,one finally came,i aske for my money back,he said i will give you your money back but you will have to leave the hotel,the supervisor continue to yell at me,they had security follow me to the room ,get my things,and escort me through hundreds of guest as though i did something wrongout of the hotel,i did'nt know a hilton hotel chain would treat it's customers this way.
