1. I did have a maintenance issue with the AC and it was corrected within 15 minutes of my call to the front desk.

10. Check-out was effortless, at 9:30 AM, they didn't even need a signature (I did traditional check-out because I wanted to ensure the Breakfast Buffet and movie charge posted correctly).
