1. Hotel guests in the fantasy tower get in free.

2. Only negative might be the location - it is kind of off to itself right up from Rio and requires a cab (or free shuttle, which stops early) to get around the Strip.

4. The hotel is away from the strip but there is a free hourly shuttle to Caesar's Palace and the cab fare is only $10-12.

7. The biggest rip off is that the only thing you only get for the $18 a day resort fee is two 2 for 1 drink coupons and free admission (but no line passes) to their unpopular clubs.
