Turns out the food credit is no good at any of their better restaurants, the drink credit is no good for their Ghostbar, and the spa credit is not

She said we could
accept
the room as booked, or the Palms would pay to put us up at The Venetian for two nights, refund what we`d already paid for the two nights, and then upgrade us to a suite for our last two nights at The Palms.
