1. I've send two emails to this person and even completed a survey and I haven't had a correction to my bill yet.

5. spa appointment at the Palms Spa, we contacted Priceline and they told us to speak with the front desk and see if they could place us in the correct room.

7. I am posting this review to make people aware of this type of scheme, how often do you think this happens as many people don't check there charges as they assume there correct.
