1. our room had not even been made up and we now had no fresh towels to shower for our evening out, I called again to let them know and when the room would be made up, the manager Heather assured me it would be within minutes.

4. You are given some fresh white towels as you come through the barrier and although it was very busy the first day we used the pool are we did find some spare loungers even in the early afternoon.

6. We enjoyed gambling at the MGM itself, ate breakfast at the Studio Cafe every morning which was delicious and even grabbed a quick lunch at the Deli by the Sports Book which was fresh, yummy and convenient.
