9. While the resort contains a staggering variety of shops, entertainment and restaurants from fast food to high end, clearly no-one from management has ever tried to put themselves in the shoes of visitors and try to follow the totally inadequate signage to get from one place to another.

10. When I called down to get towels housekeeping was fast and brought them in a nice basket and got a call from housekeeping to see if I had got them and if I needed anything else.
