6. I've stayed at the Omni Downotown many times and have always received friendly greetings and great service from everyone from the doorpersons to the front desk staff, to those who take care of the housekeeping.

9. My credit card has never been taken care of, I have not been refunded for the transaction, the employee was still working there every night for the rest of my stay (another 4 nights).
