4. I think the front desk girl was new, she seemed to have a little difficulty checking us in but the manager was there quickly to help and he was extremely courteous.

7. The sofas, cabinets, bed and dressers were new, though the fridge, stove, dishwasher and bathroom fixtures are not -- but using things that seem dated is in some ways better than sending still-usable appliances to the landfill.
