1. Walking distance to essentially nothing, except the bar next door which I'm pretty sure has a mostly male clientele, if you follow.

3. We stayed on a Saturday and there were lots of cars parked at the strip club but I never heard a single peep all night except the wind.

6. They serve a full breakfast, nothing special except that you can sit sit at the poolside and enjoy the great outdoors and the nice Austin (most of the time) weather.
