I love the gardens, the breakfast (and I have to say, the breakfast dude was perfectly decent and nice to me, even helpful, so maybe he was just having a bad week when the previous reviewer was there???), the pool and hot tub, the fact that I didn`t even need to turn on air conditioning in my first floor room because it stayed so cool.

3. I'd been looking for a decently priced, unique place to stay for a weekend in Austin, and I'm glad I stumbled on this place through Google just two days before our stay.
