Buffet breakfast has real food on ceramic plates and stainless flatware with cloth napkins and excellent coffee, quiet and clean rooms that don't smell of cleaning fluids, quite and unobtrusive heating and air conditioning, bathrooms are spacious enough with high ceiling to not feel claustrophobic, clean guest laundry, well-kept and interesting landscaping includes herbs and veggies.
