7. The price was a little high given they were nearly full and there was a conference, but even so, it was worth it and a good location for anything at UT Austin or the Capitol / Arts area.

I was a bit upset because no one really took responsibility and gave me straight answer to I asked that I would be a pity to waste a night, a breakfast coupon and that if I wasn't getting a refund could a do some charity to walk outside the hotel, find a person who seems the most needed for a good bed, a good bad and a good breakfast and he reponded that I could do whatever I wanted with my prepaid night.
