1. The room (on the 5th floor) was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided daily and if we had any queries about where to go and how to get there the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

4. The bathroom was not too clean either, and they never seemed to replenish the toilet roll while we were there for 5 days, there was simply 2 rolls there and that was it, the towels were always changed and fresh but they weren't of any great substance and ripped easily with simple use.

5. me and my daughter stopped in this hotel for 10 days, and came back 5th dec, it was basic, but clean and comfortable, clean fresh sheets and towels was changed every day.

9. The bathroom in our room had white tile, bath and shower, very serviceable and again spotless, the only area of any blemish was the bathroom cabinet needed a fresh coat of paint.

10. The carpet in the hall was a bit worn but the hallway was freshly painted over brick with new room numbers and pictures in the hallway, giving it a very lofty, SOHO feeling.
