1. Not a huge selection, but they had burgers, chicken strips, and pasta options for the kids.

9. There is an elevator back-up issue in the mornings, but really this was our only complaint and it wasn't a huge one as we only ever waited 5 or 10 extra minutes or took the service stairs (clean and well-lit).

10. Our safe did not work, so they had us move to another room, which was a huge surprise because we got an upgrade (8th floor park view).
