1. They don't care - I tried to upgrade to a park vue today and they told me they are sold out.

3. The pool area is ok and the waterslide is a nice treat (no age limit but they must wear a life jacket) The baby pool was great but the water in all the pools was ice cold (kids didnt care but mommies did) There was also no drink or food service at the pool which was weird.
"Good price for Disney Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/5/2012 Vote
4. The hotel is very nice upon arrival - very easy to access as the main entrance is right off the road - parking is behind the hotel in a parking structure (the spaces in the parking structure are very tight, so if you are driving a larger vehicle - be careful pulling in and out) Also watch kids around the corners as some folks do speed, and it would be very easy for a child to dart out across a corner and get hit - not different than most parking garages, but something to be aware of.
"Great hotel, but has problems... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/22/2011 Vote
5. In several instances cast members took the extra step to make our stay that much nicer such as the time I asked a cast member where I could find a trash can to dispose of a small bag of trash and the cast member took the bag out of my hand and told me very nicely that they would take care of it.

7. With e-ticketing, most passengers prefer to take care of these things prior to leaving for the airport, but these ridiculous prices make that highly impractical.
"Great Overall Experience, Need to Update Some Services " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/12/2011 Vote
8. If you don't care much about meeting Mickey, it's better off to enjoy the character brekkie at the Storytellers Cafe in Grand Californian.
"Comfort and Convenient at a Cost " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/4/2011 Vote
9. I told the reception, and they said they'd take care of it.

10. also, at the end of the day they will be so wiped out that they will not care as much and you can pick up something less cheesy in Downtown Disney at the disney Store that they might actually keep.
"Nice Value, compared to The Disney and The Grand. I've stayed at all of them. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/23/2011 Vote
