1. It has the most quiet rooms (hardly ever hearing anyone in the hallway and never hearing neighbors) and it is usually the cheapest of the 3 as well.

3. Even at its cheapest (we got in on a 30% off deal at $175/night), this hotel is still a bit pricey compared to other non-Disney hotels in the immediate vicinity, but it's significantly cheaper than the other two Disney options, if you want to have a sprinkle of 'magic' with your stay.
