There are some very nice things about this place, the lobby is amazing and the people at the front desk checking us in were VERY friendly, albeit a little slow (couldn't imagine checking-in during a busy time of the year) and every other employee working here was friendly and helpful and of course the location of the property cannot be beat being so close to both parks and Downtown Disney (although get there early for dinner as most restaurants seem to close early and stop sitting people around 9:30pm).
