4. She was able to get us into our room pretty fast and even spoke to the manager of valet, who actually took care of our valet charge for our whole stay as well as sent us some strawberries and sparkling wine, which definitely helped.

6. She apparently didn't care as I was unable to catch him outside and had to call him to come backWe ate at the kid friendly restaurant twice, both times the food was cold and the staff could have cared less.

8. Oh, also - there were a lot of smokers in non-smoking areas around the hotel but the hotel staff didn't seem to care.

10. It was clear she needed a doctor and they gave me the number to a doctor that would come right to the hotel, (they also offered directions to an urgent care).
