1. Pool: the castaway cove is really for small kids, mine are 10 & 12 and got bored quickly, so we hit the quiet pool.

9. quiet is really important (to our family) and while a hotel cant control loud guests (unless its a party or something), the fact that they rent rooms so close to such a large hub of activity shows an indifference on the hotels part.
