1. The check-in was quick and the person helping me was very nice, I wasn't happy with the floor number (7th floor) since all the Kids Suite face the highway and they hadn't soundproof that floor.

4. The hotel was great for our needs , the staff were all very friendly and went beyond the norm when we needed help , the place was very clean and the water park was a lot of fun for my 2 girls .
