4. If you don't care about the pool area, don't care about noise, or you don't need to be within walking distance, then yes, you may be able to find a nicer hotel or less expensive one.

10. The rooms may be a little dated but they are clean, the grounds are well taken care of and the lobby is replete with a fun arcade and wonderful gift shop.
