4. My advice overall? Spend the extra $$ for the better rooms and you will be very pleased with the entire experience.

5. As a matter of fact, while we were in Anaheim, we spent a day just visiting other hotels/motels so that, next time, we'll have a better idea of where to stay.

6. We stayed at the Hyatt on our second trip back to Disneyland and found that we had to pay for the shuttle so if travelling on a budget it is much better value to stay at the Howard, it also allowed part of our family to walk back earlier when they had had enough Disneyland.

7. I came away from my stay with a lukewarm feel and will probably find another hotel or get a guarantee of a better location on the property, if I was ever to consider staying here again.

We originally were checked into the 7th floor but quickly discovered the noise level was beyond acceptable - so we asked to be moved since we were there earlier in the day and waited for a floor which had been sound proofed - there was no question that this short inconvenience of moving rooms made our 8 nights much better, we'd of not had a good review had we remained on the 7th floor - the highway noise was beyond what anyone should accept for the price they charge.

10. We paid the extra fee for a better view of the Disney park and to be away from the freeway which the hotel backs onto.
