2. I said to him that the bed was beyond broken and could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, that the shower pressure problem was still not fixed and the phone had not been replaced.

4. Left behind some clothes and only returned the inexpensive and not the rest, hard to find English speaking staff members, water is sometimes cool and hardly pressure.
