1. Pool was decent, the hot tub was about as warm as the pool.

10. Probably will rate 3 stars when completed; old building, with limited parking during renovations; still seems to be lots of work to be done; lots of workers going all over with paint, dust, etc; decent linens, bathrooms weren't great, new carpet, message on phone kept blinking despite no messages/front desk said it was off.
