Upon arrival it took 45 minutes to check in, after 10pm when there was no line, we got a room on the complete opposite of the hotel and the map provided had the tiniest lettering so we had to keep stopping to figure out if we were even going the correct way and finally when we got into the room it was TINY.

2. Do you notice a pattern here?Seriously, am I the only person who's been to a waterpark that has bold signs telling you how to get to the correct entrance, how to get a locker, what wristbands are required for what attractions, and that has signs part way up the water slide stairs asking if you remembered your inner tube?The worst part was the waterpark manager who couldn't understand why I was annoyed, since the staff told me 4 times that all I had to do was loop back to this, that, the other thing, and yet another thing.

3. (Was not the only one, they botched a family reservation and room assignment as well and even had the sales mangager out on the floor trying to resolve the issue) One of the managers (won't name names) immediatly tried to correct this but the computer was acting up and he had to goto another terminal.

4. The heater did not work correctly, the television did not work properly, and we had to switch rooms.

Both of the pools & the hot tub were closed, there was no hot water pressure In our first room, some rooms had sleep numbers & others did not, had to change rooms, nothing to write on In the rooms, Inability of front desk staff to correct any of the problems we had, parking was terrible & confusing - just a really bad stay overall after a 12 hour drive.
