3. We arrived got our key unloaded the car and was not impressed kinda run down, they have sleep number beds ours was broke, called front desk they sent a guy to look at it had to change rooms.

8. A lot of other things just matched this impression, such as the hallways (food trays fro mroom service were there often 24 hours, the yards looked depressing, outdoor pool closed for the season (in July.

9. Just to make things short: other than the bed (which was relativly new) and the bathroom the hotel made a pretty dirty and unmaintained impression.
