5. Athough the front desk rep on the phone when I requested a blanket for the sofa sleeper hung up on me mid sentence, the housekeeping staff was quick and friendly upon delivery.

The hot tubs were indoor/outdoor and the water temps got a little hot, but we like the hotter water so that was a nice comfortable temp for us to sit outside in the winter:) The room was ok, the breakfast was over priced and we did not eat in the hotel, however the kareoke lounge was fun and the staff over all was friendly.
