1. It is not the 'most' new hotel in SF, but probably the location, smile and friendliness of the staff compensate it.

6. I had to cancel 2 interviews I had for that day as I had to find another hotel, launder all my clothes (twice), buy new luggage (as I threw the other one away) and drop off my coat and suit to wear to the interview to the dry cleaners.

7. The manager couldn't care less that I was unsatisfied with my stay, disgusted by arms full of bite marks, frustrated by interrupting my vacation to wash every bit of clothing and having to replace my suitcase with a new one.
