1. Rooms were small, but extremely clean, and from what I observed, they were very concerned about their guests and very hospitable.

6. No real complaints as it is clean and central, but there where constant homeless people in the car park, going through the bins and asking for change every time we left or came back to the room and no on seems to thinks anything of it.

10. stayed here for 2 nights passin through san fran it was clean what you expect althoug there was allot of commotion with a prostitute yelling outside that a guest had stolen her things and kicked her out of the room but the security guard ressolved it quickly by getting rid of her althouhg i felt sorry for her but all in all nice staff.
