3. The walls are like paper, we were kept up by noise in the room next to us constantly sounding like they were moving furniture and having parties.

4. Yes, it can be noisy and there are homeless and the like on the streets but it is downtown more or less.

10. The down side is noisy plumbing, thin walls and loud guests with unruly children, which are not the fault of the hotel, so if you like getting to sleep late and waking up early, it's perfect in every way.
