1. ) When we got to the room everything was clean and looked decent ( except for our burnt sheet lol ) Everything was ok until we woke up and I saw a bed bug it was gross .

2. I have stayed at the Hilton Financial, and other expensive hotels but just his willingness to acknowledge me is exceptional and I appreciated it, I was exhausted and I needed a kind face.

3. There was a night time securty patrol and my sleep was undisturbed except for one night when someone made a cell phone call outside of my room.

6. No air-conditioning except a wall mounted fan and the heating was by an electric element heater (see photos) but neither were needed.

8. Overall, not a pleasant place, except that it is centrally located, walking distance to some great neighborhoods and the parking is unbelievably inexpensive.
