2. We were very angry and the managers seemed to have no care or concern at all and would not give us a refund.

3. I e-mailed a complaint to Travelodge customer care, and received an e-mailed apology (which was appreciated), along with a promise that I would hear from the motel manager by 6/23, but I have not heard from this manager, and a second message to customer care has not been answered.

4. The manager couldn't care less that I was unsatisfied with my stay, disgusted by arms full of bite marks, frustrated by interrupting my vacation to wash every bit of clothing and having to replace my suitcase with a new one.

8. i have been staying there every month for the past two years the help has all been great the front desk an house keeping when i am there i feel like i am staying at a four **** hotel if i come early Roger( front desk) will keep my bags behind the counter until its time for checkin an an House keeping allways take care of any problem that i have for need of extra towels are just spruceing up the place when needed , The location is the best u can get an the city the F train is less then a block away the area is very clean an that is something that u really need to look for an the bay becuse most area there are not up to part for being clean ,it walking distance from the castro just go stright up market very easy, an there are lots of place to eat at around there an some stay open until 2 am are u can just go to safeway up the street an pick up something to warm up becuse they do have sm.
