1. reasonably easy walk to Fishermans' Wharf and you are in North Beach and the tenderloin.

8. We had a second story 'balcony', facing Broadway ( very noisy if outside - but the sliding glass doors , did a reasonable job of keeping out the ever, present sounds of the city), which we shared with next door.

10. The different noises during the night, mainly from a few other Royal Pacific patrons would be the only reason why we would not give this a 5.
