1. The location was perfect and the fact that they had FREE PARKING definitely sealed the deal - the parking even accommodated our big pickup truck.

2. Its chinatown so at night a lot of the shops close and the strip clubs and massage spots open up so it can seem a little dodgey for those not used to big cities.
