1. I hate to give away my secret room but Rm 505 is huge and comes with a kitchen (microwave but no stove) complete with wine rack, sink and cabinets (bring your own utensils of course) and has a good sized balcony as do about five other rooms.

2. ) of $126 including parking on-site for a huge room with a view of Coit Tower and the Bay Bridge can't be beat.

3. As for good points, the staff is pleasant, our room was clean (but had an odd, funky odor) and the free parking is a huge plus if you have a car.
