2. The hotel may look dated from the outside, but the rooms seem to have been renovated recently, very clean, no funny smells, and quiet (ask for a room facing the parking lot of the hotel), We didn't have any problems sleeping, not even my mon whom is a ligth sleeper.

5. My room was on the side facing Broadway and it was fairly quiet, as the nightlife begins a half block to the east on Grant and continues across Columbus, essentially leaving Chinatown, to where there are several restaurants, DJ clubs and a few strip joints, including the infamous Condor.
