I stayed here for 10 days while on a work assignment in downtown and surrounding areas,close to all,every night I walked to Trader Joes up the street a couple blocks no problems,nice brkfst every morning,free secure parking is a big ++as i had a car,kinkos not far for printing alot or use pc&printer @ hotel,free wifi,nice clean room w/fridgeµ.

6. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, so you need to leave the windows open if you want air circulation so I would recommend a second-floor room for the sake of security.

7. I called the hotel and spoke to a very nice gentleman named 'Jay' he was helpful in securing a reservation for me in a room and said they have 'free parking' A Great value in San Francisco.

9. The room suffered from a heater that leaked heat even with the themostat off, so we needed to sleep with the windows open, but that was no big deal, they were still secure.
