1. Neighborhood is a little sketchy so you want to be careful and if you are a light sleeper (there are several bars nearby) then maybe this isn't the best place for you but overall we really like it.

2. There was more shopping nearby like Nordstrom rack,bed bath & beyond,etc that could walk to just never got to it.
