Room: basic but clean; no air conditioning; we prefer open windows to AC but it was noisy with the window open due to traffic on 9th and the room; the room got quite warm but there is a ceiling fan which helped; bed was firm but comfortableCheck-in: when we arrived (about 6:00 pm on a Friday) there was a long line-up; the check in staff didn`t seem to be concerned about the line-up and were joking around with each other while serving guests; not too professional but friendlyPool: we didn`t use the pool but asked someone who had used how it was and they said it was coldBreakfast: available from 7:00 - 10:00; we ate about 9:30 so may have had a more limited selection then if we ate earlier; we prefer to eat healthy and were able to get some high fiber cereal and the last two pieces of fruite (bananas); there was only two kinds of juice, apple and cranberry; no orange juice; there was also pastries, boiled eggs, and instant hot cerealInternet: we used the computer located in the lobby; good internet access and nice size monitor; printer wasn`t working.
