1. However, taking into account that this is a boutique hotel dating from the early part of the 20th century, I was overall very pleased with the hotel and my room as well.

4. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, insisted on turning off the ceiling fan, turning off the air conditioner, and opening a small window over the desk, at least until I left a note in the window saying, 'please do not open window.

8. From the superior front desk staff, on site parking, its proximity to shopping and trolley, variety of dining choices, contemporary decor, very comfortable bed, clean bathrooms I was so pleased by it all.
