1. Can't really complain except for a couple minor issues: 1) it was our honeymoon and I was hoping to be given a decent size room and although we wanted a room away from the street (away from the noise that some reviews mentioned) the pay off was the size.

I met the manager during wine hour and I made sure to thank him and his excellent service staff for my memorable stay and the amazing exceptional hospitality, I do stay in five star hotels and believe me that you do not feel that suburb service from the minute you walk in to this hotel Union Square, the bellman, front desk ladies and even the housekeeping staff greet you and ask you if you need help or service.

9. The phone did not work, the beds creaked when you lay on the bed and although the staff were friendly we were left to take our two large bags to our room which would not have worried us except we had to drag them up a flight of stairs after we exited the lift.
