1. The service at the hotel was excellent, we got upgraded to a larger room and it was beautiful, a little noisy at night as it faced the street but we were so tired we barely noticed.

2. I expected more fromt he room after seeing the amazing work they did in the lobby and hallways - great carpet, art, tile, lighting, exposed brick; an amazingly beautiful face that led to a mouth full of crooked, broken teeth.

3. It is a beautiful hotel with modern and very comfy rooms, very kind and friendly staff, as well as all you need to be comfortable, including free wi-fi, whether you are in a business of leisure trip.

4. The bathroom was so small infact that the beautiful new pedastal sink overlapped into the shower/bathtub, which lead to a pretty serious black eye.
