5. The staff was very accomodating and when we had to call the front desk one morning at 3:30 am to complain about some noisy neighbors, it was taken care of immediately.

7. Room good size, from a British perspective, comfortable queen size bed, a shower which blasts water not an apologetic trickle, well stocked minibar at reasonble prices, no view but who cares.
